Our Jiu Jitsu combative's course is on the cutting edge!! We started our morning class last week and these guys are kicking butt!! We run from 7-8 am and boy that class just flys by! We also have nightly classes too. Hope to see YOU at the next one!
Excellent mix of traditional martial arts with modern styles into a cohesive system for all-around self defense. With a blend of karate, Japanese jiu-jitsu, judo, grappling and modern weapon defense you really can't go wrong in developing yourself into a capable martial artist. It shouldn't just be labeled as jiu-jitsu, it is so much more than that. They also offer Kenpo as well!
